C&B Specialist

We are looking for a Junior HR Officer with a solid foundation in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and HR operations, who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-expanding environment. You will support payroll and social insurance processes, maintain employee data, and participate in the deployment of the company’s new HRM Platform.

• Support and gradually take ownership of the monthly payroll process.
• Handle or coordinate social insurance registration/deregistration (SI, HI, UI) and related procedures.
• Update and maintain accurate employee records in the HR system.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding salary, benefits, and company policies.
• Participate in data entry, testing, and optimization of the HRM Platform.
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc HR reports.

Experience:

• From 2 years in C&B or HR operations; experience running payroll or social insurance independently is preferred.

Skills:

• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, conditional formulas).
• Basic understanding of payroll calculation, PIT, and social insurance processes.
• Familiarity with HRM/ERP systems is a plus.

Preferred: Experienced in organizations with 100+ employees or in fast-scaling environments.
