Business Development Specialist

• Identify and develop partnership opportunities with brands, strategic partners, clubs, tournament organizers, athletes, and KOLs/KOCs.
• Build, maintain, and expand a network of partners both domestically and internationally.
• Propose, develop, and execute partnership, sponsorship, co-branding, and community development programs.
• Prepare proposals and pitch decks, and deliver presentations directly to potential partners.
• Negotiate, close, and monitor partnership contracts.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to implement projects and ensure partner commitments are delivered on schedule.
• Nurture, manage, and grow long-term partner relationships.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry trend research within the sports/pickleball space to identify new growth opportunities.
• Take ownership of achieving partner, project, or revenue targets in line with company plans.

• At least 2 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or B2B Sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• Good working-level English with the ability to collaborate with international partners.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to participate in events, tournaments, and community activities when needed.

• A passion for or knowledge of Pickleball, sports, or lifestyle.
• Experience working with KOLs, athletes, sponsors, or brands.
• Experience working with premium brands is an advantage.
• Experience building proposals, sponsorship packages, or partnership programs.
