We are looking for an experienced Technical BA to improve our information technology systems with duties including developing software programs to improve our business operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Demonstrate experience and creativity in system development and application design
● Performing system analyses on software programs, applications, and web services
● Analyzing and improving the performance of web-based customer portals and support services
● Create and execute testing plans and coordinate both the System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Test;
● Identify obstacles, proactively mitigate risks and escalate issues to be resolved effectively
● Evaluate the data requested and channel the requests to relevant applications team for extraction
● Work with a variety of different departments (stakeholders) within the bank to gather information to determine the requirements, and report to the stakeholders on how the organization can improve its operations
● Work closely with the technology team to articulate business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
● Support in the Business-As-Usual activities and ensure that users' requirements and requests are delivered timely, accurately and successfully.

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Finance/Banking or a related field.
● 5+ years of experience as a Technical BA, including 2 years of experience in banking domain.
● Advanced knowledge of programming languages like SQL and system integration solutions.
● Strong analytical skills.
● Ability to facilitate internal end-user proficiency.
● Ability to design and maintain efficient customer portal support and feedback channels.
● Ensuring optimal system functionality via integrated diagnostics.
● Excellent stakeholder management skills to liaise with people across different levels and departments.
● Good presentation skills to be able to articulate clearly with attention to detail.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
