Business Analyst

• Work with Product Managers to gather / clarify requirements and business goals and build initial wireframe


• Build technical specification documents, to meet business and user requirements, and keep product and process documentation up to date.


• Works with the Technical teams to understand technical approach.


• Assist to make the communication & information transparent between team members.


• Writes the Jira tasks and works with the Dev team to come up with estimations.


• Assigns complete and estimated tasks to Project Manager for project timeline planning.


• Creates and updates product and process documentation.


• Carry out and monitor features from the beginning of the implementation until the features is trained and handled over to support team

• At least 3-4+ years’ experience in the position


• Good at documentation and writing skills, confident presenter


• Ability to work successfully in a global team environment


• Familiar with agile software development processes and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Figma)


• Excellent working attitude, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and communication skills


• Communicate in English fluently
