■Job description
• Correspond with Japanese travel agents and partners of the company, and provide them accurate, up-to-date and correct travel information.
• Make exact quotations and reconfirm bookings with/for overseas agents. Pay attention to all the details of the trip.
• Make reservations with local suppliers and hotels. Ensure the accuracy and quality of confirmed services.
• Follow closely and be informed about each of your booking when they are in country up to the departure of the clients.
• Handle and reply to comments and complaints (if any).
• Work closely with the accounting department for the following up of the payments of suppliers, the payment schedule by the client to the final financial settlement.

Language：Japanese Upper N3
No. of experienced year：
・Want to work in Travel agency
・Japanese Upper N3
　-Good communication skills of both verbal and written in Japanese (English is a plus)
　-Study Japanese over 2 years
　-Better to stay in Japan for over 1 year
・Over 1 year working experience in Japanese company
・Can drive motor bike（Sometimes need to go to the restaurant by Bike for guide）
・Can go out after work (After 16:30~21:00) for support tourist
　→Not often, just Busy season（Oct-Dec）

■Working condition
Mon-Fri：8:30-16:30
Sat：8:30-12:00
※But now not work on Sat because travel industry is not recovered yet
※It will take more time(Not sure but from 2024?)
