I. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales tasks:
• Deal with client’s request, designing and consulting travel products to meet client’s satisfaction
• Take care of important, key partners; do customer care and post-service support
• Main Market segment: English speaking clients for all Western and Asia Markets
• Interacts with local travel agents and oversea travel agents.
• Provide service to customers by answering questions, providing information, making referrals and assuring appropriate follow-through and/or resolution
• Establishing the annual and monthly sales objectives/Strategies in relation to the company’s business plan and monitor the progress, reporting on it quarterly.
• To monitor sales and ensure to have product knowledge and access to relevant tools. Propose annual sales and marketing budgets.
• Follows company procedures, guidelines and standards in building productivity, accuracy of work and punctual attendance.
• Update all the tour products on Websites, brochures, flyer …cooperate with Marketing Team to promote all tours to B2B, B2C clients
• Make deposit invoice and tour balance after tour Quotation, responsible to collect money if in cash
• Customers care during the tours running and post tours, cooperate with operation team to deal all the trouble or complaint …
2. Operation work
• Reservation for hotel and create itinerary and local attraction for tour according to meet customers'/ travel agents' requirement
• Responsible for handling inbound calls in a professional and efficient manner in tours sales
• Communicate with staff for special needs for scheduled activities
• Provide general secretarial support in overall office operations, assignments, and projects
• Post information, file documents and maintain paper and computer records management/file systems
• Compile information and prepare correspondence, reports, packets, labels, envelopes, forms, and other materials related to sale products
• Coordinate reservations, contracts, and record keeping for tours and facility reservations
• Love to learn and communicate constructively. BE HONEST!
• Responsible experience in responsible tourism is privilege
• Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, mail clients, skype…)
• Great service mind

• Good communication with foreigners and partners
• Having care and knowledge of social matters, ecological matters
• Ensure to keep all secrete and company’s profile, contracts, documents… in saved and confidential, if not or sharing to harm the company will be responsible under the law.

Working Time:
• Working full time 5 days/ week at head office (103 Ba Trieu Street)
• Working time: Mon-Fri: 8:30AM – 12PM, 1:30PM - 6:00PM, 1 last Saturday of the month: 8:30AM - 12:00PM Meeting, review and target for next month
• Saturday afternoon and Sunday are off
