【Job Summary】
We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Sales Staff to join our dynamic team.
As part of one of the world’s leading logistics and freight forwarding groups, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and promoting our end-to-end logistics solutions including sea, air, and multimodal transport services.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about international trade and logistics, enjoys interacting with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Your main objective is to increase sales revenue and enhance customer satisfaction by offering efficient, cost-effective, and reliable freight solutions tailored to each client’s business needs.
【Responsibilities】
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, and trading companies.
-Identify potential clients through cold calls, referrals, industry events, and digital channels.
-Promote company services (sea freight, air freight, LCL/FCL, customs clearance, warehousing, cross-border trucking).
-Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and service solutions that meet clients’ requirements.
-Coordinate closely with internal departments (Operations, Pricing, Documentation, and Customer Service) to ensure smooth service delivery.
-Follow up on shipments, resolve customer inquiries or issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
-Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
-Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall branch performance.
-Maintain accurate sales data, activity reports, and client records in the company’s CRM system.
-Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and networking activities to increase brand visibility.
-Other related tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Major in Economic/ Foreign Trade/ Maritime or Engineering with subjects like logistics, port management, and shipping.
- Experience in sales in Shipping/ Forwarding / Logistics with 3 years
- English: Upper-Intermediate
- Chinese native level
