Represent the General Director in welcoming state agencies...
Handle important documents sent to company
Deploy, receive and process work from the General Director
Prepare periodic or ad hoc reports for the General Director
Monitor the progress of the company's work items, personnel-related issues, support budget preparation and budget monitoring.
Complete tasks assigned by the General Director on schedule.
Research; prepare reports; handle unexpected and complicated situations; negotiate with state agencies such as: Tax, bank, customs, environment, police and suppliers
Work with local authorities: Police, environment...
Participate in contributing ideas, making proposals to improve processes when necessary.

Yêu cầu công việc

Good English
Knowledge of law
Good relationship with local authorities
Experience working with Banks, Taxes, Customs.
Graduated from university of law or equivalent majors
At least 5 years and above in similar Senior Management position
Good negotiation skills
