    Mô tả công việc

    Administrative Support:

      • Act as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
      • Manage and prioritize the MD’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
      • Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings with the MD, and take detailed meeting minutes.
      • Organize and coordinate business travel, including itineraries and accommodations.
      • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for MD meetings and decision-making.
      • Coordinate and manage communication, both written and verbal, on behalf of the MD.
      • Maintain records, files, and documentation to facilitate quick access to information.
      • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and alignment with corporate strategies
      • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
      • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks and project coordination as required.

    Legal Management:

    1. Legal Support:
      • Provide legal advice and guidance to the organization and departments on various matters including contracts, corporate governance, intellectual property, etc.
      • Draft, review, and negotiate legal contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
      • Assist with dispute resolution, including liaising with external legal counsel.
      • Ensure that the company’s policies, procedures, and practices comply with legal requirements and regulatory standards.
    2. Compliance and Risk Management:
      • Monitor and manage the organization’s legal and compliance risks.
      • Keep abreast of new laws and regulations affecting the business and advise the MD on necessary adjustments.
      • Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards, health & safety regulations, and industry-specific rules.
    3. Corporate Affairs:
      • Manage the company’s legal filings, including corporate records.
      • Assist in the preparation of reports and submissions to government bodies or regulatory agencies.
      • Oversee intellectual property matters such as trademarks, patents, and copyrights.

    Other Duties:

      • Perform any other duties assigned by the Managing Director.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    • Education:
      • Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent;
    • Experience:
      • Minimum 5 years of experience in a legal management role with at least 2-3 years of administrative support experience at the executive level.
      • Proven experience in contract negotiation, legal compliance, and risk management.
    • Skills:
      • Strong understanding of corporate governance and other relevant legal practices.
      • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
      • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
      • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research.
      • Proficiency in English and Vietnamese communication
      • Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
      • Ability to work independently and within teams.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
