Asia Swin Technical Specialist

* Key Objectives
1. Support the sales team to achieve sales targets through the provision of technical support services.
2. Leadership in implementing sales development plans for assigned full range of Olmix products for swine.
3. Be the technical and commercial link for Asia team to the global PM Team.
* Roles and Responsibilities
1. Business Development/ Sales Support
- Work with the sales team to prepare business development activities through the identifying the best approach to prospects
- Do follow up discussions to KA and clients. This may be done alone or together with the sales team.
- Assist in the conceptualization, planning and implementation of sales tactics and action plans.
- Understand customer needs and requests to ensure business continuity, and strengthen relationships.
- Analysis of performance based on set sales budget.
2. Technical Support
- Conduct technical seminars and product presentations-based plans by the sales team.
- Take the lead in product trials- from protocol preparation, to trial implementation and monitoring, and collation of the trial results.
- Act the primary contact person for technical related inquiries.
- Provide technical updates and technical trainings.
3. Link to the global PM Team
- Coordinate with the global PM team, to ensure alignment of local technical approach.
- Help in the provision of market and industry information to the global product managers and product specialists.
4. Technical service deployment
- Develop new tool and new service to support sale team

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and Degree or bachelor degree in animal science.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in swine production and livestock market.

- Willing to work independently, with minimum supervision but with strong coordination to regional and global headquarters
- Computer literate, proficiency in MS applications.
- Result oriented with strong communication skills and strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in the English language. Ability to speak the Chinese language is an advantage.
