Analytics Engineer

Job Description:

• Working with business users (Purchaser/Fulfillment/Logistics/...) from multiple project areas and identifying their BI needs (e.g., demand planning, inventory management, pricing, ...)
• Manage request intake independently and set the right priorities based on the priorities of the entire organization
• Create and automate business reports (daily/weekly/monthly) providing accurate and reliable data based on enterprise or individual business team standards
• Define analytical approach to the incoming requests, which include translating complex or ambiguous business problem statements into analysis requirements, deriving business insights from analysis, and
  making recommendations

• Strong SQL skills. Experience with databases such as Postgres, or similar
• At least 1 year of experience in the same position
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience in BI tools: Power BI or similar
• Basic experience with a scripting language: Python, or similar
• Strong self-starter, confident to operate relatively autonomously
• Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skill
• Good analytical skills, a passion for metrics and figures, and very high attention to details
