Analog Design Engineers (Hybrid)

• Design and develop analog circuits and systems for a variety of applications, including but not limited to power management, sensors, and signal processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital design, system engineering, and product management, to define specifications and ensure the seamless integration of analog systems within broader electronics platforms.
• Perform simulations and analyses to validate and optimize designs.
• Oversee the layout, fabrication, and testing of prototype circuits and systems.
• Troubleshoot and iterate on designs based on testing results and feedback from product implementation.
• Prepare detailed documentation for designs, including design theory, testing procedures, and specific component information.
• Stay current with technological developments in the field of analog electronics and continuously improve personal and team knowledge.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in analog circuit design, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Strong foundation in electronics theory, especially pertaining to analog components such as transistors, capacitors, resistors, and inductors.
• Experience with CAD tools for circuit design, simulation, and layout (e.g., Cadence, Altium, or similar).
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate complex ideas clearly.
