We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Adminstrative clerk to join our team. Your responsibilities will be to communicate well with the customers and internal stakeholder.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Liase with sales executive on the coordination of the customers order
- Arranging with the warehouse personel for the shipment arrange
- Undertstanding customers need and bridge the gap between company products and customers want
- Attend to roadshow from time to time
- Admin Assistant

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Able to use computer and Excel well
- Able to use internet
- Able to use email
- Good communication skill
- Teamwork
- Able to communicate in English or Chinese (written and spoken)
- Able to work on Saturday (0.5)
- 5.5 day work week
- Male or Female is welcome
Highly Desirable:
- Previous experience in Admin or import and export of goods or sales support .
