1.1. Financial and Accounting Management
Organize and oversee all activities of the Accounting Department, including bookkeeping, and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and legal regulations.
Prepare and submit all required financial and statutory reports; coordinate with internal/external auditors and handle all audit-related matters.
Prepare financial and management reports as required by the Headquarter, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Perform internal accounting, reconcile data, and handle tax-related transactions; ensure full compliance with tax declaration and payment obligations.
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and cash flow to ensure liquidity and minimize financial risks.
1.2. Taxation & Compliance
Responsible for the declaration and payment of all types of taxes: Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Value-Added Tax (VAT), Personal Income Tax (PIT), Withholding Tax, etc., in full compliance with regulations.
Manage Personal Income Tax (PIT) for foreign employees, including calculation, declaration, finalization, and communication with tax authorities.
Ensure compliance with J-SOX (LINC on J-SOX) and internal control requirements as per Group standards.
Update and advise the General Director on new regulations related to taxation, corporate law, and investment.
1.3. Budget Management & Business Performance
Develop the financial and budget plan for the fiscal year.
Monitor, evaluate, and control actual performance versus budget; analyze variances and propose improvement measures.
Advise the Management Board on financial strategy, business performance efficiency, and cash flow management.
Support investment analysis, financial modeling, and feasibility evaluation for projects as required.
1.4. Asset Management
Manage fixed assets and inventories from a financial perspective, including recording, inventory control, valuation, depreciation, and discrepancy handling.
Control the asset lifecycle according to internal procedures and Group standards.
1.5. IT Infrastructure Management
Manage the entire IT infrastructure lifecycle, including Installation, Activation, Maintenance, and Replacement.
Ensure IT systems operate reliably, securely, and meet departmental requirements.
Monitor IT budgets and coordinate the implementation of related projects (software, data, digital transformation, etc.).
Act as the main point of contact between the IT department and the Headquarter when required.
{ MUST}
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or Business Administration.
- English: Upper- Intermediate level
- Having CPA, ACCA, Tax Certificate
- Having more than 10 years experience in Accounting - Finance Department in FDI manufacturing enterprises
- Having more than 5 years experience as Accounting cum Finance Manager.
- Experienced in providing direct financial strategy advisory to the General Director/Board of Directors.
- Proficient in preparing financial statements, data analysis, and risk management.
- Skilled in budgeting and variance analysis (budget vs. actual).
- Strong communication skills, especially when working with headquarters in FDI enterprises.
- Proven leadership and team management skills (Accounting & IT departments).
- Logical thinking, strong problem-solving ability, and capable of working independently.
- Possess a solid foundation of IT knowledge.
