Accountant (In - House Restaurant)

We are looking for a full-time, on-site accountant to handle the complete accounting and financial operations of our restaurant.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), tax regulations, and F&B compliance requirements. This role requires working directly at the restaurant and collaborating closely with the management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations: record transactions, handle expenses, and reconcile bank accounts.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese tax laws (VAT, PIT, CIT, invoice management, etc.).

• Handle payroll, staff advances, and vendor payments.

• Prepare and submit tax reports to local authorities.

• Oversee inventory control and cost management for restaurant supplies and raw materials.

• Work with external auditors, government agencies, and internal departments when needed.

• Maintain accurate documentation for VAT/red invoices and supplier payments.

• Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in accounting (experience in restaurant/F&B or hospitality is a strong plus).

• In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards and tax compliance.

• Proficient in MISA, Microsoft Excel, and Vietnamese e-invoice systems.

• Fluent in Vietnamese; English communication is a plus.

• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work independently.

• Must be on-site daily at the restaurant (not a remote position).
