Chi Tiết Công Việc

Act as the main contact point for assigned clients: receive briefs, understand objectives, and provide suitable recommendations
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution
Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Medical Content, Digital, etc.) and external vendors
Handle webinar, event, content development project and marketing campaign execution, digital education project for pharmaceutical/healthcare clients
Prepare proposals, quotations, timelines, and reports for client presentations
Review deliverables before submission and monitor campaign performance
Support and guide Account Interns when required

Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Executive or similar roles within marketing/communication agencies
Experience working on webinars, events, or healthcare/pharmaceutical projects is preferred
Good understanding of marketing fundamentals and client servicing
Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
Proactive mindset with good problem-solving skills
