Mô tả công việc:

  • Partnership Development & Management: Identify, evaluate, and approach potential partners across the following categories: gyms and fitness studios, clinics and medical wellness centers, hospitals and healthcare providers, sports teams and athletic organizations, hotels and hospitality venues, co-working spaces, spas, and retreat centers.
  • Develop category-specific outreach SOPs defining the approach strategy, pitch materials, and value proposition for each partner type.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and formalize agreements.
  • Maintain a partnership pipeline tracker with outreach status, follow-up dates, and conversion metrics.
  • Manage ongoing partner relationships including regular check-ins, performance reviews, and renewal discussions.
  • Deliverables: Partnership pipeline tracker (updated weekly), Category-specific outreach SOPs and pitch decks, Partnership proposal templates per partner type.
  • Partnership Value Exchange & Commission Framework: Design and implement the value exchange structure for each partner category, defining what ĀRCA provides (complimentary product samples, branded merchandise, co-marketing exposure, event access) and what partners contribute in return (product placement, retail shelf space, social media shout-outs, email features, venue access for events).
  • Manage a product gifting and sampling program, tracking quantities distributed, estimated cost per partner, and resulting exposure or sales.
  • Administer the partner sales commission program: partners who sell ĀRCA products receive a X% commission on net sales revenue, paid monthly upon reconciliation.
  • Develop and propose additional incentive structures as appropriate (tiered commission rates for volume, exclusive product lines for top-performing partners, co-branded merchandise revenue sharing).
  • Track and report on the cost-benefit analysis of each partnership, ensuring a positive return for ĀRCA.
  • Deliverables: Value exchange framework document per partner category, Commission tracking spreadsheet (updated monthly), Monthly partner ROI summary report.
  • Event Planning & Execution: Plan, organize, and execute brand events across three formats: On-site events at ĀRCA's office (workshops, tastings, wellness sessions, community meetups), Off-site events at public venues such as parks, beaches, and open spaces (outdoor fitness, mindfulness sessions, pop-up activations), Partner-hosted events at partner locations (in-gym classes, clinic open days, hotel wellness weekends, sports team activations).
  • Coordinate all event logistics including venue booking, vendor management, permits, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage on-the-ground execution, guest experience, and post-event follow-up.
  • Develop a recurring events calendar aligned with ĀRCA's marketing and partnership goals.
  • Deliverables: Event briefs and run-of-show documents for each event, Monthly events calendar, Post-event reports with attendance, engagement metrics, leads generated, and learnings.
  • Co-Branded Collaborations & Product Partnerships: Identify and develop co-branded product collaboration opportunities with partners (e.g., co-branded matcha blends, wellness food items, functional beverages, supplement bundles).
  • Coordinate with partners on joint product development, packaging, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Negotiate revenue-sharing or licensing terms for co-branded products.
  • Explore cross-promotional opportunities such as limited-edition partner bundles, seasonal wellness packages, and membership perks.
  • Deliverables: Co-branded collaboration proposals with projected costs and revenue, Collaboration project tracker.
  • Community Building & Referral Programs: Develop and manage a referral program enabling existing customers and partners to refer new customers in exchange for rewards or discounts.
  • Build and nurture an ĀRCA community through partner networks, events, and digital touchpoints.
  • Explore corporate wellness program partnerships offering ĀRCA products and services to company employees.
  • Operations Support: Assist with day-to-day operational tasks as directed by Party A.
  • Support internal coordination, scheduling, and administrative workflows.
  • Help manage vendor relationships and procurement processes.
  • Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, sales, events, or brand collaborations.
  • Strong network or experience working with gyms, wellness studios, clinics, hotels, spas, hospitality venues, lifestyle brands, or corporate partners.
  • Ability to identify, approach, pitch, negotiate, and close partnership opportunities.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to maintain long-term partner accounts.
  • Experience planning and executing brand events, community activations, pop-ups, or partner-hosted events.
  • Commercial mindset with ability to track pipeline, commissions, ROI, budgets, and partnership performance.
  • Strong project management, communication, and execution skills; reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment.
