Mô tả công việc

1. Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to handle incoming calls and provide assistance to our current customers. The main responsibilities include addressing customer-reported issues, facilitating SIM and phone replacements, and assisting customers with service registration. The role involves interacting with customers through phone calls and chat conversations. Additionally, the position requires proactive follow-up calls to customers using our services or upon their request for support. It is important to note thatthere are no sales targets or revenue quotasassociated with this role.

2. Location:

The 3rd floor, Trung Yen 1 Building, 1A Vu Pham Ham, Cau Giay, Hanoi.

3. Working Hours:

- Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off
- Call and chat channels:

+ Shift 1: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Vietnam Time)

+ Shift 2: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Vietnam Time)
+ Shift 3: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM (Vietnam Time)
Break time: 60 minutes

Yêu cầu công việc

- Male/Female between 18 and 35 years old.
- English proficiency commensurate with the respective positions, with no English certification required.
- Candidates without experience will receive training.
