Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:

In this position you’ll be primarily responsible for managing the whole outbound and dispatch team. Besides, you co-ordinate with related stakeholders on continuous improvement projects and quality programs on-site. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Supervise daily outbound operations: order checking (PO), picking, packing, troubleshooting discrepancies, and status monitoring.
• Oversee daily dispatch operations: export documentation, truck scheduling, freight coordination.
• Advise the team to execute and develop reports relate to outbound and dispatch team to support management on decision-making.
• Execute/conduct necessary trainings to warehouse employees to ensure proper knowledge and qualified skillsets for their assigned tasks.
• Leading the team to achieve peak performance in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Proactively take part in cost saving and or continuous improvement projects both internal and customer’s perspectives.
• Immediately take part in root cause analysis and derive with corrective actions and preventive actions when any operational failure appears.
• Other tasks assigned by manager.

Required Skills:

• Good English communication, Chinese is a plus
• Proficiency in computer software such as Excel & Power point
• SAP/WMS strong experienced
• Experience and Qualifications:

College degree or higher

• Logistics/Warehouse
• 2 years + experienced in logistic warehouse as supervisor level
