Warehouse Supervisor

1. Role Summary
Lead warehouse operations at maximized productivity along with safety and quality standards.
2. Specific Accountabilities
• Play as a contact point for all affairs relating to external warehouse in terms of daily operations management.
• Coordinate with customer to calculate and control the transferring volume between internal and external warehouses in accordance to DOI and WOI level.
• Report utilization of external warehouses to customer.
• Participate in meetings with customers to review and/or enhance operational quality performance.
• Leading the team to complete documents, system execution and following dispatching and/or receiving.
• Execute budget planning and initiate cost saving to customer.
• Proactively coordinate with operations team to effectively build up and manage Standard Operations Procedure.
• Identify process gaps and provide effective solutions to close gap and minimize risk for operations.
• Communicate and settle with customer and manager on operational issues and initiatives
• Initiate and take the lead to manage projects to maximize the resource on-hand, manage costs and provide better value-added services to customers.
• Other reasonable tasks assigned by manager.

4. Experience and Qualifications
• Experience of 2 years in warehouse operations in multinational company
• Experience in people management position
• Project management experience
• University Degree
• Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge
