OVERALL SCOPE OF THE ORGANISATION

Candidate can be assist to Main office management to managing and coordinate daily operation of Warehouse
Arrange and ensure all activities of the FG warehouse follow Samsung SDS’s SOP accordingly.
Responsibility to control all of shipments inbound & outbound and send inbound plan to parties concern to perform plan.
Build safety stock to ensure no shortage for daily shipments
Make sure the WH location optimization space for storage.
Have knowledge of safety and 5S to give training to subordinates
Make & update the layout by location of warehouse in both physical & system.
Lead improvement activities in the warehouse
Manage operation cost
Good presentation skills and negotiation

BROAD SCOPE:

WH management assistant

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

Arrange and ensure all activities of the FMCG’ Finished Goods/ E-commerce Warehouse follow Samsung SOP accordingly.

Daily Job:

Manage daily operation
Make daily/weekly/monthly cycle count plan & and send report manager.
Ensure on time GI based on PGI date
Monitoring all of transaction I/F between system
Ensure all of location in the system to match with physical location.
Daily relocation to ensure optimization space.
Monitor FEFO
Send inbound plan to parties concern to perform plan.
Ensure GR, GI on time to match the lead time & KPI target require
Solve arising problems (if any)
Follow SDSVN & customer require (if any).
Daily WH safety and 5S check list.

Weekly Job:

Make weekly productivity IN & OUT report.
Weekly operation report.
KPI report.

Monthly Job:

Ensure all of transaction completed in the system to follow billing cut off time of SDSVN & part cut off time of customer require on time.
Make AR/AP monthly comparison report.
Monthly security checklist report.
Monthly Man-hour productivity report send to board manager.
Actively participate in company training courses and shares the training contents to team

Other Job:

Other work assigned by part leader/ group leader and manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:

Graduating from college or higher

EXPERIENCE:

Min. 3 years of experience of relevant experience

SKILLS:

Knowledge of warehouse operation
Able to work independently and able to multi-task
Possess excellent communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills
Able to work under pressure & able to work over time (if any).
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, etc.)
Good English language preferred.
