[Visip 2/Bình Dương] Admin Logistics

・Responsible for internal system operation required for warehouse and delivery operations on PC.

・Handle customers' calls and enquiries on delivery operations.

・Liaise with delivery staff/stores on delivery operations.

・Communicate and coordinate with partner company.

・Provide daily administrative and operational support to the department.

・Perform ad-hoc tasks as assign by Management from time to time.

• Mandatory skills

- Age Below 35 years old

- From 1 year of relevant exp (Warehouse, Logistics,….)

- Good communication skills, Able to communicate in Daily English conversation level

- Graduated from College or University

- MS Office(Excel), good computer literacy

- Working experience in Logistics Requirements

- Japanese language skill

■ Salary: 9~13 mil

■Working time: Work in shifts (8:00-22:00 or 23:00, must work on holiday, weekend) 8 hours/shift

- Probation time: 2 months with 85% salary (mandatory)

- Twice a year (total nearly 3 months/year)
