    Mô tả công việc

    Key Responsibilities:
    Executive Support:
    Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.
    Manage the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents for the CEO.
    Client Interaction:
    Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
    Understand client needs and provide relevant information about our products/services.
    Assist in negotiations and help close sales with clients.
    Document Preparation and Translation:
    Draft, edit, and translate various documents related to business operations.
    Translate documents from Japanese to English and vice versa.
    Ensure translations are accurate and maintain the integrity of the original content.
    Meeting Coordination:
    Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
    Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks.
    Requirements
    Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Japanese, Business, or related fields.
    Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
    Japanese Language Skills: Proficient in Japanese (N2 or above), with strong communication and writing skills.
    Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
    Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
    Professionalism: High level of discretion and confidentiality.
    Preferred:
    Candidates who have lived in Japan or worked in Japan Company
    Experience in client relations and sales support.
