TPI Group is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. You will play a key role in supporting our employees and ensuring smooth HR operations, with a focus on Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, and HR Administration.

Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits:

- Manage the full cycle of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and Vietnamese labor laws.

- Administer employee

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with a strong focus on C&B and/or recruitment.

- Experience in Retail/E-commerce and Media/Publisher industries preferred

- Solid understanding of Vietnamese labor laws, particularly related to payroll, social insurance, and PIT.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Vietnamese.

- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides, etc).
