[Urgent] Customer Service Staff (Sea Import/Export)

• Be in charge of sea import/ export shipments to take care well of customers as being assigned.

• Be responsible for implementing processes involved in a logistic operation and liaise with a variety of parties, including oversea partner/ customs broker/ customs authorities/ customers and suppliers to handle import/export shipments smoothly to ensure cont has being catch shipping line cutting time.

• Update oversea partners / customers "updated information" of the cargo.

• To avoid or reduce cost whenever possible.

• Resolve the matter appear when cargo have damaged.

• Issue the debit note for Customer/ Overseas agent.

• Daily update data to system and Customers.

• Other duties assigned by Managers & Director.

• Other duties related to daily operation of forwarding.

• Can work for Extrans from AUG2025.

• Bachelor degree in economics or related fields.

• Female is preferred.

• At least 2-4 year experience in import-export field, prefer candidate already have experience to work with Shipping lines.

• Experience in handling import/export shipments.

• Good English.

• Self-motivated, dedicated and hard working.

• Good negotiation and communication skills.

• Good skills of computers & Microsoft Office.

• Able to work under high pressure and in a team.
