Ui/Ux Designer

• Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs for web and mobile platforms.
• User Research: Conduct user research, analyze customer behavior, and develop user personas.
• UX Optimization: Improve user journey, enhance engagement, and boost conversion rates for e-commerce platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless design execution.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all UI elements align with brand guidelines and user expectations.
• Testing & Feedback: Conduct usability tests and iterate based on user feedback.

• 2 to 4 years of experiencein UI/UX design, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD)principles.
• Experience in designing user interfaces for both desktop and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design(basic coding knowledge is a plus).
• Experience in the electronics industry or B2B platformsis a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience working with electronic brands like Nanocoor similar companies.
• Familiarity with B2B e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)and A/B testing.
