1 Coordinate with HR & GA team to support other work related to human resources and general affair (meal, PPE - Personal Protective Equipment, stationery…).
2 Prepare and maintain records of raw materials including lot verification (co-working with supervisor).
3 Reviews computerized raw materials inventory against present and anticipated manufacturing work orders.
4 Update and maintain quality documents including MSDS, TDS.
5 Maintain the cleanliness and condition in the office and laboratory.
6 Order all necessary stuff for official use and helping to order for field staff's request with manager's confirmation.
7 Admin job (photocopy, keep contact to team member for related issue).
8 Other responsibilities shall be followed to assignment by the manager.

1 College or bachelor’s degree in chemical and related fields.
2 At least 01 year experience at the same position assistant/support/admin in Chemical.
3 Proficient in MS Office and English communication;
4 Passionate, hard worker and well-organized professional with the power to prioritize and multitask;
5 Ability to work under high pressure and good communication skill

1 Working time 44hrs/ week (flexible Saturday morning by online working)
