Trợ Lý Marketing (Tiếng Hàn)

• Conduct market research in Vietnamese and prepare reports in Korean/English.
• Identify and contact new local business partners, conduct follow-up communication in Vietnamese, and provide updates and reports in Korean/English.
• Provide support during meetings and business trips with local business partners, including logistical arrangements and coordination.
• Provide interpretation services between Korean, international, and Vietnamese team members in meetings, presentations, and other settings.
• Translate documents between Korean/English and Vietnamese, ensuring accuracy and maintaining confidentiality.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling, file management, and data entry.
• Act as a cultural liaison between Korean and Vietnamese colleagues, promoting understanding and collaboration.

• Bachelor's degree in Korean Language, International Relations, or a related field.
• Proficient in Korean TOPIK level 3 and above or equivalent.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure.
