Business Development Support (80%)

Plan and execute activities to identify potential clients and partners
Manage customers and partners data/relationship, support the internal business development process
Follow the PDCA process in sales and marketing (Plan → Do → Check → Act)
Introduce the company's training programs to potential customers with your team

Client Support (20%)

Assist in the company's training programs
Prepare reports before, during, and after training sessions
Create contracts, quotations, and track payment progress for clients and suppliers
Support other assigned tasks

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proficiency in Business English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
Strong teamwork and independent working skills
Excellent communication and time management skills
High adaptability and flexibility
Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and high responsibility
Having experience in the HRBP position is an advantage.
Experience in a similar position at a startup is a plus
