Daily process of assigned tasks related to import/export trade services and/or guarantee and/or import-export trade finance.
Effectively complete daily tasks within scope of the position, providing quality and efficient service to frontline staff and customers.
Provide professional consultation to customers and various frontline units
Compliance checks, credit limit usage checks, client status checks, and technical risk assessments
Communicate with clients to resolve issues regarding trade service business.
Collaborate with frontline marketing and product managers to develop products, providing professional advice on risk, monitoring, and operational processes to relevant units/customers.
Accompany frontline marketing in client visits to introduce operational processes for various related products and follow up on customer service needs.
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Complete the reports to SBV, HO or others as level requirement

Bachelor's degree or above (Fields of study: Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics etc.).
5 years or more strong knowledge of trade practices, including UCP 600 and URC 522, URDG.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Familiarity with international commercial practices.
Knowledge of information systems management.
Strong analytical skills.
Good problem-solving abilities.
Organizational and coordination skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptability and responsiveness.
Knowledge of local regulations and market operations.
Strong risk management awareness.
Sufficient experience in trade finance services products and industrial.
