Mô tả công việc:

  • Strategic Business Development (40%)
    • Identify and proactively engage with overseas agents and partners to promote Interchains’ core services (Sea, Air, Customs, and Inland Trucking).
    • Represent the company at international logistics conferences, networking events, and trade shows to expand the global partner network.
    • Generate new inquiries and secure shipments from international markets to meet sales targets.
  • Account Management & Market Intelligence (30%)
    • Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with global agents to ensure consistent repeat business.
    • Monitor global freight trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to propose effective solutions and mitigate potential risks.
    • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Strategic Pricing (30%)
    • Partner with overseas agents to obtain competitive quotations and build sustainable working relationships.
    • Analyze market datasets and pricing fluctuations to provide competitive rates while aligning with business profit goals.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Experience: Proven experience in the US Trade Lane or working with international logistics agents.
  • Language: Excellent English communication and negotiation skills; additional languages are a distinct advantage.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building abilities, and a target-oriented mindset.
