Mô tả công việc
- Plan testing and allocate appropriate resources according to projects (projects in the field of Blockchain, Crypto).
- Write documents for testing or reviewing documents developed by team members.
- Create test cases / scenario test / test plans / Final Inspection, follow and review test cases of members.
- Proposing implementation criteria and solutions to ensure software quality.
- Lead the team to perform test cases or directly participate in testing for each specific case/project.
- Control and urge the team to complete test content and report software testing progress.
- Team management: coordinate work, handle difficult situations, evaluate, train and mentor within the team and improve testing processes.
- Train and guide Fresher testers.
Yêu cầu công việc
Must have- Graduated from university majoring in IT, applied mathematics, software,...
- 2+ years managing the QA team
- 2+ years working on Blockchain and Crypto projects
- Built and/or lead a QA engineering team of 5+ members
- Proficient in Test knowledge, techniques, and skills: Understanding of Test processes, Test Levels, Test Types and software testing techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving in ambiguous situations without clear instructions
- Managing and monitoring Incidents in the production environment, making improvement plans
- Proven people management skills: team building, employee satisfaction, career development and mentoring
- Familiar with Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, Scrum of Scrum, and its best practices
- Be proactive in work to ensure deadlines as well as product quality.
- Have good English skills.
Nice to have- ISTQB – Certified, prefer Advanced
- Exposure to AWS and cloud-native architecture
- Performance: JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling
- Automation testing
- Agile testing mindset
- Experienced testing on a Micro service-based system (Restful API, Event/ Message driven, Logging)
- Familiar with CI/CD process and tools: Jenkins, Docker, AWS, Azure, …
