Talent Acquisition Specialist - Remote/Hybrid

● Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop sourcing strategies.

● Source and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

● Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify qualified candidates.

● Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

● Participate in the selection process and provide feedback on candidates.

● Extend job offers to selected candidates and manage the onboarding process.

● Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information.

● Continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

● Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

● Proven ability to attract candidates through various sourcing channels, including social media platforms and employee referrals.

● Solid experience in screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates to ensure the right fit.

● Position can be Remote or Hybrid, based in Hanoi, Vietnam.
