Mô tả công việc:

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role is crucial in attracting talent and building a strong employer brand that reflects our culture, values, and vision.


1. Talent Acquisition (70%)


• Full hiring process: Execute the end-to-end hiring process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and offering to ensure a professional candidate experience.

• Recruitment channels management: Manage and optimize internal and external job advertisements across multiple channels, including the company’s fanpage, internal referral, online job posting platforms, university websites, and job fairs.

• Talent pools: Build and maintain talent pools by nurturing relationships with target talent to ensure a strong pipeline of potential candidates.

• Mass recruitment campaigns: Plan and execute high-volume recruitment drives to support business growth and seasonal demands.

• Onboarding: Coordinate and support onboarding activities to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the company.


2. Employer Branding (30%)


• Plan and execute employer branding across digital platforms (Facebook, career site, etc.).

• Create and promote content that showcases company culture, people, values, and achievements.

• Support initiatives that foster a strong internal culture, ensuring consistent messaging both inside and outside the organization.

Yêu cầu công việc:

1. Knowledge

• University degree

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition. Experience in organizing job fair, and expanding recruitment channels by posting jobs on Universities’ website

• Knowledge about Competency Based Interview


2. Skills

• Good communication skills

• Ability to apply Competency Based Interview skills

• Fluency in English communication

• Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, AI tools

• Prefer skills:

- Mass recruitment

- Good use of technology in recruitment

- Good writing content


3. Attitude
