Mô tả công việc

Assist Korean-speaking and English clients with questions and issues related to SelluSeller solution.
Collaborate with the Korean technical PM and stakeholders to handle service requests.
Provide guidance and support to users on how to effectively utilize SelluSeller for their business needs.
Stay updated on Selluseller updates and enhancements to effectively support users.
Proactively identify and address potential issues to ensure smooth operation of the platform for all users.
Translate documents if required.

Yêu cầu công việc

Fluency in Korean and English is mandatory.
Prior experience as a Selluseller operator or IT knowledge is not required as we are open to candidates who are willing to learn.
Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

2. Working Environment
Working time: Monday - Friday. We work 40 hours per week
