Key responsibilities:
Ensure the system's stable operation and plan the development of software systems according to the company's development.
Recording, detecting system failures, coordinating with vendors and other departments to identify the cause, handling errors.
Work with vendor & user to develop system.
Research new technology & apply it to business & protect user data.
1. System administration & user support:
- Administrate system and manage users.
- End-user support: Training, supporting users to use the system.
- Ensuring stable operation of the system: Recording, detecting system failures, coordinating with vendors and other departments to identify the cause, handling errors, report timely, and provide solutions to address system issues.
- Evaluate and improve the system to achieve high performance and stability: Have short- and long-term plans to ensure the system operates stably and efficiently following the company's development.
2. Solution Consulting and Software Project Management:
- Work with other departments, receive requests, propose solutions, and develop documentation of requirements for software development projects and system integration.
- Work with vendors and other departments to develop the system: organize project works, evaluate vendors, and transmit user requests to vendors.
- The focal point coordinates with vendors and other departments to tighten system requirements and propose solutions: Consulting solutions, proposing a solution, solution review, scheduling and planning deployments, building test cases and organizing UAT for the project.
- Planning and managing work schedules to ensure project quality and on schedule.
3. Organization and management of documents: Building, managing, and organizing system documents
- Design documentation: BR, SRS, blueprint, API, workflow, database...
- User documents: Admin documents, end-user (case study, step-by-step, tutorials, user guide, training ...).
- Collaborating with the Academy department to build video training and test content for the system. Periodically training end-users or when deploying new features.
4. Other duties: Research and development: Researching new technologies and applying technology to the operation of the company.
5. Others: Perform other assigned tasks.

Job Requirements:
- University Degree
- Work experience of at least 2 years in the same position
- Business analysis
- Data mapping
- System design: Dataflow diagram, Use-case diagram, Entity-relationship diagram, Activity diagram, Context diagram, State transition diagram, And other diagrams, Mockup, wireframe...
- Capable of collecting, synthesizing, and analyzing information using Excel, access, and SQL query tools to export/ import, filter and statistics data.
- English: Intermediate (Reading, Writing)
- Be proactive and capable of self-dealing with work within the permissible responsibilities and powers.
- Fierce in solving the problem.
- Supporting users and colleagues: Friendly, dynamic, thermal
- Constantly challenge yourself: Always be creative at work, learn new knowledge and technology, and successfully apply it to the company's business.
- Knowing how to program and understanding programming languages is a plus.
