Supplier Quality Engineer (Chinese Speaking)

Navigos Search's Client – a newly established FDI electronics company in Hung Yen – is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer (Chinese Speaking)

• Assess and evaluate supplier quality processes in alignment with company standards.

• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

• Collaborate with suppliers to implement corrective actions for non-conformance issues.

• Prepare detailed reports on supplier performance and quality metrics.

• Act as the primary contact for supplier quality issues and communicate findings to internal stakeholders.

• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and supplier performance.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supplier quality management.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supplier quality engineering or a related field.

• Fluency in Chinese, both written and spoken.

• Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies.

• Experience with quality audit processes and supplier evaluation techniques.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
