Strategic Purchaser (Temporary (8~9 Months))

• Job Summary:

Strategic Purchaser is part of the Global Procurement & Purchasing organization of Friwo.

We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented Temporary Strategic Procurement to support our procurement activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting open projects, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely driving cost reduction projects.

• Job Duties:

1. Request and review quotations, cost breakdown, negotiate prices and terms.
2. Maintain procurement records and ensure proper documentation and data.
3. Support open projects until completion
4. Support delivery and quality issues in case of escalation from purchasing team
5. Support localization, transfer, bidding actitivies and cost reduction strategies
6. Maintain the commodity strategy for lead and accessories commodities.
7. Support year end negotiation, ensuring to meet/exceed commodity savings targets
8. Other duties as assigned

• Educational Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

• Experience:

1. At least 03 years. Experience in the electronics and power cord industry is preferred.

2. English: Proficiency in the English language is required.

3. With advanced skills in Purchasing & Procurement Management, Vendor Management

4. Strong communication and negotiation, good organizational and time management skills.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP systems is a plus.

6. Good performance could lead to a long-term job opportunity.
