Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

Key responsibilities

1/ Order processing in SSO and internal system (SAP)

- Follow orders in Shopify & Simple, create replacement orders for return or replace process

- Follow delivery & receiving process and support Customer if any

2/ Master data management for SSO

- Models list, price lsit, bundle management, promotion price update

3/ Delivery performance following

- Co-work with logistic team to follow and tracking delivery performance.

- Improve delivery timeline and service.

- Develop Fast Delivery service

4/ Supply Chain Management (SCM)

- Colloborate with PM team to forecast and improve FCST accuracy.

- Stock allocation, replenishment plan to prevent OOS (Out Of Stock) issue.

- Manage inventory, DOS and WOS ( Date of Stock, Week of Stock), to keep stock on Online store in healthy level, prevent aging models

5/ Customer Satisfaction management

- Co-work with SVC and CIC team to receive Voice of Customer cases and work out solution and solve and response end user asap.

- CRR : follow Review process to increase review number in SSO. Execute re-ward scheme for the Reviewers

6/ Report & performance analysis

- Deeper insight in performance result and analysis on key finding and action plan weekly, monthly.

7/ Other tasks as required by the line manager

- Others ad-hoc supporting job if any

Yêu cầu công việc:

Personal Capabilities

Essential skills

- Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role

- Experience with website operation can be an advantage

- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software. (MS office)

- English: Good written and verbal communication skills

Essential character

- Being hardworking and enthusiastic

- Result oriented & deadline commited & carefull.

- Good teamwork & communication skills.

- Flexible and patient to work with cross function team to solve the problem
