• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, and YouTube to attract business clients.
• Support the Sales/Business Development team by researching, sourcing, and approaching potential B2B clients through digital channels (LinkedIn, Email Marketing, professional forums, etc.).
• Develop and implement content strategies across online and offline channels to build HIPTECH’s brand as a trusted software and technology solutions provider.
• Manage and grow HIPTECH’s digital assets including Website, LinkedIn, Fanpage, and other relevant social media platforms.
• Coordinate and execute branding and digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
• Create compelling marketing materials such as blog posts, infographics, short videos, and other visual content tailored to industry trends and customer behavior.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment between marketing materials and company offerings.
• Conduct market research, analyze customer insights, and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to refine marketing strategies.
• Track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B, IT, software, or technology environment.
• Strong content writing, communication, and storytelling skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Proficient in digital tools such as Canva, Photoshop, InShot, and basic video editing
applications.
• Solid knowledge of SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media management.
• Proactive, result-driven, and detail-oriented with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Creative mindset with a good sense of design, branding, and customer engagement.
• Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) is a plus.
