Buymed is Vietnam’s leading healthcare technology company, trusted by over 35,000 pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals through our platform Thuocsi.vn. To reach end customers directly, we are building Circa, a new modern pharmacy chain redefining access to safe, affordable medicines and health products.

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for end-to-end recruitment for below-management positions. This role will proactively source candidates, maintain and expand recruitment partner networks, open new effective sourcing channels, and ensure timely and accurate recruitment reporting. The successful candidate will consistently meet or exceed recruitment deadlines to support the company’s rapid growth in the health tech sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for staff and below-management level positions, ensuring all vacancies are filled on time or ahead of schedule.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, etc.).
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing recruitment partners and identify, evaluate, and onboard new effective recruitment channels and partners.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates, coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient selection process.
  • Prepare and deliver timely, accurate recruitment reports and analytics to Line Manager and relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and proactively address any bottlenecks or delays in the hiring process.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate in employer branding activities and recruitment events as required.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years in talent acquisition, preferably in Health tech, Retails, Consumer, or FMCG.
  • Skilled in sourcing tools, and multi-channel recruitment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, able to handle multiple priorities in fast-paced settings.
  • Good English proficiency (written and spoken).
