Key Responsibilities:
1. Global Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with global immigration partners, fostering effective teamwork, and acquiring essential knowledge and skills.
2. Expert Consultancy: Leverage global collaboration to provide expert advice to high-net-worth clients in Vietnam, ensuring a comprehensive and globally informed consultancy service.
3. Brand Elevation: Elevate your personal brand and contribute to the company's image by creating engaging content on social media platforms like TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
4. Client Engagement: Personally engage with potential clients, cultivating relationships, and proactively seeking new opportunities.
5. Guidance on Investment and Immigration Programs: Provide expert guidance on tailored investment and immigration programs, ensuring client satisfaction, actively securing deals, and finalizing contracts.
6. Legal Expertise: Work closely with the Legal department to expertly guide clients through the immigration process.
7. Business Development Collaboration: Collaborate with the Marketing department in business development activities to refine customer outreach strategies and enhance service/product quality.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Educational Background: Possess a Bachelor's degree and proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Sales Expertise: Accumulate a minimum of 2 years' experience in advising high net-worth individuals within high-ticket sales sectors, including immigration by investment, study abroad consulting, overseas real estate, insurance, or other luxury services.
3. Communication Prowess: Exhibit strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills, with a particular emphasis on proficiency in both Vietnamese and English. Showcase exceptional communication skills across various platforms, including phone, text, email, and verbal interactions.
4. Social and Interpersonal Skills: Showcase exceptional social and interpersonal skills, fostering meaningful connections with high-profile clients and effectively navigating diverse global partnerships.
5. Appearance and Professionalism: Display a high level of attention to appearance and professionalism, understanding the significance of first impressions in high-ticket sales.
6. Collaborative Team Player: Excel in teamwork, effectively collaborating with other departments to leverage company resources, ensuring a unified approach to closing deals with high-profile clients.
7. Content Creation Skills: Demonstrate the ability to create compelling content, utilize editing software, and produce engaging personal videos.
8. Independent Lead Generation: Proactively seek and independently source leads, demonstrating the drive to continuously identify potential clients and maintain a non-stop stream of connections.
