KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic Project Leadership
• Lead the scoping, planning, and delivery of complex advisory projects from inception to completion.
• Exercise decision-making authority within project scope, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of all project deliverables before submission to management or clients.
• Anticipate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive issue resolution.
• Coordinate and oversee multi-disciplinary project teams, integrating expertise across the firm to deliver holistic solutions.
2. Client & Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the strategic point of contact for key client accounts, responsible for relationship health, satisfaction, and retention.
• Advise clients at a strategic level on government communication and public policy matters, providing forward-looking and actionable recommendations.
• Engage with senior stakeholders in government, business, and civil society to represent client interests, facilitate constructive dialogue, and support informed decision-making.
• Manage complex stakeholder dynamics, ensuring alignment between client objectives and broader policy or regulatory contexts.
3. Policy & Regulatory Advisory
• Direct in-depth policy analysis and provide high-level insights into political, economic, and regulatory developments.
• Guide clients through complex and evolving policy landscapes, ensuring informed decision-making.
• Develop policy briefs, consultation strategies, and position papers on high-priority issues.
4. Team Management, Training & Coaching
• Manage project teams to ensure effective coordination, optimal workload allocation, and timely delivery of outputs.
• Mentor and coach Associates and junior staff, providing structured feedback, career development guidance, and performance oversight.
• Lead knowledge-sharing sessions, internal training, and skills-building initiatives.
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable team culture.
5. Firm Development & Business Growth
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities aligned with the firm’s strategic priorities.
• Lead or support business development initiatives, including proposal preparation, pitch delivery, and network expansion.
• Represent the firm at policy forums, industry events, and in public commentary to enhance thought leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in public policy, law, political science, economics, or related field; Master’s or higher preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in public policy, government affairs, or consulting, including at least 2 years in a leadership and team management capacity.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects and deliver strategic outcomes.
• Deep understanding of Vietnam’s political system, policy-making processes, and regulatory environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
