- Engage with Japanese‐affiliated enterprises, and local companies to identify business opportunities in Vietnam and regional markets.
- Qualify leads, build and manage a pipeline of prospects, and progress deals through the sales cycle.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, coordinate pricing/contract negotiation, and secure order finalization.
- Maintain and develop existing client accounts to drive repeat business, upsells, and long‐term partnerships.
- Act as the point of contact for Japanese‐speaking customers, coordinating with internal teams (technical support, operations, marketing) to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs—especially in the Japanese‐affiliated corporate segment in Vietnam—and provide feedback to the sales management team.
- Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, events, and promotional activities targeting Japanese clients.
- Maintain CRM and sales reporting systems—track progress, pipeline, forecasts, and outcomes, and report regularly to team leadership.
- Achieve or exceed agreed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set for the region or customer segment.
- Contribute to team development: share best practices, support training initiatives, and build a positive team culture bridging Vietnamese and Japanese teams.
- Other related tasks

■Incentive
- Maximum incentive will be around 10,000,000 VND/ per month.
- Average around 5,000,000 VND/ per month
- The incentive will be provided for the achievement of the KPI.
- It’s rare to have a wage without incentives.
