-Conduct sales calls, demos, and meetings with prospects to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
-Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, quotations, and follow-up communication.
-Negotiate terms in alignment with company pricing policies and profitability targets.
-Identify and research potential customers in target industries.(e.g. medical, automotive, safety systems)
-Use inbound and outbound strategies (email campaigns, calls, social media, events) to generate qualified leads.
-Maintain and update CRM with prospect information, pipeline status, and next steps.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement demand-generation campaigns (digital, content, events).
-Develop marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, case studies) tailored to different customer segments.
-Monitor metrics (open rates, conversion, MQL/SQL) and report on campaign performance.
-Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and set monthly/quarterly targets.
-Report on KPIs such as lead conversion, sales cycle length, and win rates.
-Provide regular analysis on performance versus targets and propose corrective actions.
-Other related tasks.
-Bachelor’s degree.
-At least 3 years of sales experience in the manufacturing industry.
-At least 1 year of Telemarketing experience.
-English (Intermediate level)
