Mô tả công việc:

  • Recruit and onboard new dealers and distributors.
  • Manage relationships with existing channel partners.
  • Achieve sales targets through the dealer network.
  • Conduct regular dealer visits and business reviews.
  • Provide product training and sales support.
  • Monitor market trends, competing activities, and dealer performance.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Diploma degrees or higher.
  • 3+ years of B2B channel sales, dealer sales, or distributor management experience.
  • Experience in industrial equipment or weighing solutions is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Willing to travel within Vietnam.

Quyền lợi được hưởng:

  • Salary: Probation period: 8 million VND/month, after 2 months of probation, salary ranges from 8 to 15 million VND/month depending on KPI + commission percentage.
  • High commission rates, unlimited earning potential.
  • Performance bonuses - Quarterly and annual according to KPI and company policy
  • 13th-month salary.
  • Received additional training on products and sales skills.
