【Job Summary】
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team in Vietnam.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with customers in the electronics manufacturing sector, including OEMs, EMS, and distributors.
You will act as the key technical advisor and product advocate, providing engineering solutions and support to customers throughout the sales process.
This role requires both technical knowledge of electronic components and strong communication skills to bridge the gap between engineering and sales functions.

【Job detail】
-Develop and maintain strong customer relationships within the electronics industry (OEM, EMS, distributors).
-Provide technical consultation, product knowledge, and application support to customers.
-Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and schematics to propose suitable solutions.
-Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure appropriate product selection and timely delivery.
-Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with customers to achieve assigned sales targets.
-Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
-Support customers in addressing technical issues, product quality concerns, and logistics requirements.
-Report sales activities, pipeline updates, and forecasts to management.

【Must】
-Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
-English: Upper-intermediate
-At least 3 years of experience as a sales engineer
-Knowledge in electronic components (passive, active, connectors, etc.).
-Ability to read and interpret electronic drawings and technical documents.

【Prefer】
-Good communication and negotiation skills in Japanese or other languages are a plus
-Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
