Role and Responsibilities
- Be responsible to the company for business performance (revenue, debt, and inventory) according to assigned targets; results will be the basis for reward or discipline.
- Collect market and product insights to suggest improvements or new model launches.
- Represent the company to explain policies and handle customer complaints or feedback.
- Lead revenue and profit growth and expand the nationwide distributor/dealer ecosystem for automotive and motorcycle accessories.
- Improve service quality and promote digital operations (MT Dealer, e-Warranty).
- Ensure debt and inventory control according to company policy.
- Maintain and enhance customer experience in accordance with MT GROUP’s mission and 6T core values (Trust, Heart, Mind, Speed, Precision, and Affection).
Main Duties
- Direct Supervisor: CEO / Managing Director of MT GROUP
- Plan and achieve revenue and gross profit targets for all brands and business units.
- Develop distributor/dealer networks and activate sales performance.
- Promote digital sales channels (MT Dealer, e-Warranty) and ensure service level agreements (SLA).
- Forecast demand and manage inventory to reduce out-of-stock or slow-moving items.
- Take care of and maintain customer relationships; resolve complaints properly.
- Manage receivables and sales cash flow.
- Manage product portfolio and launch new products (based on the Stage-Gate process).
- Build and develop the sales team (recruitment, training, coaching, evaluation).
- Comply with internal systems, processes, and standards (ISO 9001 / SA8000).
- Conduct market research, make reports, and propose policies.
- Work and coordinate with internal departments and external partners such as distributors/dealers, suppliers/brands, and logistics partners.
- Manage and supervise Sales Directors and Channel/Region/Brand Leaders under member companies.

+ MTG & M1: 39 Dao Tri Street, Phu Thuan Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City
+ M3: No. 6 Hoang Trong Mau Street, Him Lam Urban Area, Tan Hung Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City
- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday morning (80–12:00, 130–170)
- Education: University degree or higher (Business Administration, Marketing, or Supply Chain preferred).
- Experience: At least 8–10 years of experience in B2B/B2B2C sales; at least 5 years in a management role in the automotive accessories or durable goods industry; proven record in building distribution channels.
- Qualities: Integrity, speed, discipline, customer orientation, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Skills: Negotiation, presentation, event organization, planning, evaluation, and reporting; ability to work under high pressure.
- Languages: English (good at listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Others: Knowing Chinese is an advantage; having a B1 driving license is a plus;
- Able to travel frequently (domestic, international)
- Income: 25 – 35 million VND/month + performance bonus.
