Sales and Marketing Executive

Role Summary

HAPAM VIETNAM CO., LTD is developing rapidly and is therefore looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive to join our Commercial team and help drive our sales to further levels. Our customers and accounts are mainly Electrical Contractors executing High-Voltage substation projects for EVN or other national grid operators and contractors in the APAC Area.

You will assist the Commercial team with administrative tasks, marketing activities, and CRM maintenance. You will help ensure smooth internal coordination and timely follow-up on quotations and customer communications, contributing to the overall efficiency of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Sales Managers with paperwork and internal coordination.

• Maintain and update the CRM system with customer interactions, quotation status, and follow-ups.

• Prepare overviews of pending quotations and request latest status updates from relevant departments.

• Assist in organizing marketing and promotional events, including trade shows and client visits.

• Help prepare sales presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.

• Coordinate communication between sales, engineering, and logistics teams.

• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering.

• 2+ years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Good command of English (spoken and written).

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
