Great journeys start with great care… How you’ll make an impact

Respond promptly to client calls, emails, messages and emergency requests.
Coordinate with teams to resolve issues and provide timely, cost-effective solutions.
Follow up with clients, meet them when needed, and ensure clear communication.
Promptly log and analyze issues in CARE Log, following SOPs and company guidelines.

What You’ll Bring

Fluent spoken and written English; French and/or Spanish is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or a related field.
Experience in customer care or inbound travel
Strong customer focus and prioritization skills
Proficient in MS Office and WhatsApp/Zalo
Knowledge of sustainability and responsible tourism is a plus.
Available for rotating shifts (08:00–16:00, 14:00–22:00, or 22:00–08:00), with up to 2 days off after 3–4 working days.
